Couscous with Dried Cherries

  1. In 2-quart saucepan, heat chicken broth, dried cherries, margarine or butter, and 1/4 cup water to boiling over high heat.
  2. Stir in couscous; cover and remove saucepan from heat.
  3. Let stand 5 minutes or until ready to serve.
  4. Fluff with fork.
