Couscous with Dried Cherries
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. dried tart cherries or raisins
- 1 tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 c. couscous (Moroccan pasta)
- In 2-quart saucepan, heat chicken broth, dried cherries, margarine or butter, and 1/4 cup water to boiling over high heat.
- Stir in couscous; cover and remove saucepan from heat.
- Let stand 5 minutes or until ready to serve.
- Fluff with fork.
