Chipotle and Cilantro Butter

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Chill 1/2 hour, or until firm enough to shape into a log.
  3. Place butter mixture on 18-inch sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap.
  4. Shape into log, and roll up in parchment or plastic.
  5. Twist ends to seal.
  6. Chill until firm.
  7. Will keep in refrigerator up to 2 weeks, or in freezer for 6 months.
