Candied Winter Squash Recipe

  1. Scrub squash, cut in half, and remove seeds.
  2. Place cut side up in a large roasting pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Spoon mix into squash halves.
  5. Cover squash with aluminum foil and bake for 30 min.
  6. Spoon sugar mix over squash, leave uncovered, and bake another 20 min, or possibly till squash is tender.
