Pasta Ala Oglio with Shrimp
- 1 tablespoon margarine light
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 cup pasta cooked
- 3 ounces shrimp cooked
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon parsley leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 x parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated to taste
- In a small saute pan, saute the margarine and garlic.
- Once the garlic and margarine have reached a tender consistency, add the spices, and blend.
- Add the cooked shrimp, and saute until shrimp is warm.
- Add cooked pasta to saute pan, toss gently but thoroughly, and transfer to warm plate.
- Add salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese to taste.
