Cereal Sundae Pie
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1-1/3 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- 3 cups chocolate ring-shaped cereal
- 1 qt. (4 cups) mint-chocolate chip ice cream, softened
- Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.
- Add marshmallows; toss to coat.
- Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
- or until marshmallows are almost melted, stirring after 30 sec.
- Stir until marshmallows are completely melted.
- Add cereal; mix well.
- Press evenly onto bottom and up side of lightly greased 9-inch pie plate with lightly greased hands.
- Spoon ice cream into crust; cover.
- Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
- Let stand at room temperature about 10 min.
- before serving or until pie can easily be cut.
- Store leftover pie in freezer.
