Cereal Sundae Pie

  1. Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.
  2. Add marshmallows; toss to coat.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
  4. or until marshmallows are almost melted, stirring after 30 sec.
  5. Stir until marshmallows are completely melted.
  6. Add cereal; mix well.
  7. Press evenly onto bottom and up side of lightly greased 9-inch pie plate with lightly greased hands.
  8. Spoon ice cream into crust; cover.
  9. Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
  10. Let stand at room temperature about 10 min.
  11. before serving or until pie can easily be cut.
  12. Store leftover pie in freezer.
