Mexican Bruschetta Recipe

  2. Place sliced baguettes in over at 350 untill firm.
  3. 2.place peppers in food processor of blender with oil and puree.
  4. 3.
  5. Strain puree mixture.
  6. 4.
  7. Mix tomatos, onion, garlic, corn, salt, pepper, lime, and sour cream.
  8. 5.
  9. Add pepper puree one tspn at a time and check for your spicy level.
  10. 6.
  11. Scoop mixture ontop of baguettes then add cilantro for tast and garnish
