LG EGG AND TOMATO BREAKFAST
- 2 egg
- 2 wholemeal bun
- 2 tbsp hollandaise sauce
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 whole Italian plum tomato
- mix orangy zest with hollandaise sauce set aside
- Put the eggs and water with a drop of oil into a pot then bring it to a low boil it for 5 minute 30 second to 6 minute or longer depending on the size of the eggs and the pot then drain and cool eggs with runny water
- Let the egg rest for few minutes then gently knock the shell and peel it
- put lettuce on bun then Italian plum tomato then egg top hollandaise sauce
