LG EGG AND TOMATO BREAKFAST

  1. mix orangy zest with hollandaise sauce set aside
  2. Put the eggs and water with a drop of oil into a pot then bring it to a low boil it for 5 minute 30 second to 6 minute or longer depending on the size of the eggs and the pot then drain and cool eggs with runny water
  3. Let the egg rest for few minutes then gently knock the shell and peel it
  4. put lettuce on bun then Italian plum tomato then egg top hollandaise sauce
