Well-Boiled Chicken with a Fragrant Sauce
- 1 piece Boiled chicken
- 1 Tomato
- 2 tbsp Japanese leeks (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Once you have boiled the chicken well, let it cool
- If you cut the chicken while still hot, it will break apart, so slice or shred with your hands once completely cooled.
- Make the all-purpose sauce.
- Arrange the tomatoes, other vegetables, and chicken on a plate, then generously top the chicken with the sauce.
- The sauce is great on the vegetables as well.
