Pat's Buffalo Wing Dipping Sauce

• 16 ounces sour cream
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon Italian salad dressing mix (dry)
• 2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
• 4 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped (optional)

1. In a mixing bowl, blend all ingredients, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours prior to serving.
2. Serve along with hot, spicy Buffalo wings.
