Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos

  1. Cut each jalepeno in half, lengthwise.
  2. Remove all seeds and white membranes.
  3. Place a small amount of cream cheese inside each pepper, and top with a little smokey sausage.
  4. Wrap a piece of bacon around the pepper and sausage.
  5. Secure with toothpick.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is browned nicely.
  7. Serve warm.
