Avocado Sauce
- 2 avocados
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 salt
- 1 can diced green chiles optional
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Combine the avocados and the lemon juice first to heep the avocados green
- Add the rest of the ingredients except for half the buttermilk and blend.
- Check for consistany of the sauce for what you are going to use it for.
- Add the rest of the buttermilk or more if needed.
- Adjust the garlic, salt and agave to taste.
- If you use the other options just adjust to how you like it.
