Avocado Sauce

  1. Combine the avocados and the lemon juice first to heep the avocados green
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients except for half the buttermilk and blend.
  3. Check for consistany of the sauce for what you are going to use it for.
  4. Add the rest of the buttermilk or more if needed.
  5. Adjust the garlic, salt and agave to taste.
  6. If you use the other options just adjust to how you like it.
