Chocolate Marshmallow Crunch Recipe
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 pound marshmallows (about 30)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1 (5 1/2 ounce.) pkg. Rice Crispies
- Heat butter and marshmellows in double boiler till melted.
- Stir to blend, add in vanilla and chocolate.
- Put Rice Krispies into buttered bowl.
- Slowly pour marshmallow mix on it, toss lightly with fork.
- Press into buttered 10 by 10 by 2 pan.
- Chill.
- Cut into squares.
