Pot De Creme Au Chocolate Recipe
- 1 bar (4 ounce.) German sweet chocolate
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. cream
- 2 egg yolks (slightly beaten)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Whipped cream
- Mix chocolate, sugar and cream in saucepan.
- Heat oven medium heat, stirring constantly, till chocolate is melted and mix is smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Slowly pour into egg yolks, stirring constantly.
- Blend in vanilla.
- Pour into small individual dessert dishes or possibly demitasse c.. Chill.
- Garnish with whipped cream.
- 4 servings.
