Turtle Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degree F. Mix cracker crumbs, sugar, nuts and margarine.
  2. Press into 9-inch spring form or cake pan.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Blend cream cheese until creamy.
  5. Mix in sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice; then add eggs and mix.
  6. Pour over crust.
  7. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the cream cheese layer and allow them to sink.
  8. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
  9. Remove and drizzle caramel topping over the top and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  10. Bake for additional five minutes.
  11. Remove, cool, and refrigerate.
