Ms. Mary Frances Arkansas Dip

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine Rotel tomatoes, milk, lemon Jello, and cream cheese.
  2. Heat until blended together.
  3. Remove from heat and fold in the bell peppers, celery, onions, pecans, and salad dressing.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Chill overnight.
  6. Serve with potato chips, corn chip, or crackers.
