Ms. Mary Frances Arkansas Dip
- 2 cans Rotel Tomatoes, 10 Ounce Cans
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 3 ounces, weight Lemon Jello Mix (Gelatin)
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 cups Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 3 stalks Celery Finely Chopped
- 1/4 cups Onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cups Pecans, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine Rotel tomatoes, milk, lemon Jello, and cream cheese.
- Heat until blended together.
- Remove from heat and fold in the bell peppers, celery, onions, pecans, and salad dressing.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Chill overnight.
- Serve with potato chips, corn chip, or crackers.
