Vegetable Nachos

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place tortilla chips closely together on ovenproof dish.
  3. Mix together 13 of cheese, beans, corn, cilantro, tomato, green onion and chilies in a medium bowl.
  4. Stir in salsa until well combined.
  5. Transfer vegetable mixture evenly over chips with a spoon.
  6. Top with remaining cheese evenly.
  7. Bake until heated through and cheese on top melts, 14 to 16 minutes.
  8. Serve right away.
