Horseradish Cheddar Log

  1. Combine cheddar cheese with cream cheese in a medium bowl.
  2. Add A 1/2 cup walnuts and horseradish; mix until well blended.
  3. Refrigerate about 20 minutes, or until easy to handle.
  4. Shape mixture into log shape; roll in remaining A 1/2 cup walnuts.
  5. Wrap in plastic wrap that has been lightly greased.
  6. Refrigerate until firm at least one hour.
  7. Serve as a spread for crackers, I like ritz crackers.
