Moroccan Beef Stew Recipe

  1. Remove before serving.
  2. Put potatoes, carrots, onion and meat in a casserole dish.
  3. Combine tomato sauce, wine, vinegar, sugar, salt, cumin and pepper.
  4. Stir in raisins, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaf.
  5. Pour mix over meat.
  6. Bake 2 hrs.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
