Santoreggia Rosso Sauce (Savory Red Sauce)

  1. In a large pot, saute onion in olive oil until translucent.
  2. Roughly mix steak seasoning and burger together and form small balls of meat.
  3. Add to cooked onions.
  4. Cook until golden, add garlic and saute for 1 minute, moving mixture around.
  5. Add all of the tomato products.
  6. Stir in oregano, garlic powder and parmesan cheese.
  7. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 30 minutes 2 hours.
  8. It only gets better.
  9. Serve over pasta, cooked spaghetti squash or anywhere you love a delicious marinara!
