Wagon Wheel Dip
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. light cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp. salt pepper
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. sweet pickles
- 1/2 c. stuffed olives
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 small piece garlic
- 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- In large mixing bowl, place mayonnaise and blend with salt pepper and paprika.
- Put pickles, olives, onion, green pepper and garlic through food chopper; chop fine.
- Drain.
- Add to mayonnaise.
- Add cheese and remaining ingredients; blend thoroughly.
- Store overnight in refrigerator.
- Serve with Melba toast, crackers or chips.
