White Chicken Chili

  1. In a large stock pot heat olive oil and butter, saute onions and add garlic.
  2. ( Don't over cook the garlic)
  3. Add chopped rotisserie chicken and McCormick White Chili Seasoning then brown lightly.
  4. (Add additional oil if needed)
  5. Add all beans and chicken broth.
  6. Add more or less chicken broth for your preferred consistency.
  7. Add heavy Whipping Cream at the end.
  8. Garnish with cheese, lime tortilla strips, cilantro or green onions, sour cream and a slice of lime!
