Prosciutto and Melon

  1. Scoop out seeds from each melon half.
  2. Cut each half into 6 wedges.
  3. Remove melon skins.
  4. Add 1 slice of prosciutto to top of each wedge.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  6. Add pepper, to taste.
