Bavarian Breakfast Rolls Recipe

  1. Blend flour, butter & lowfat sour cream as you would pie dough.
  2. Wrap in waxed paper.
  3. Chill overnight.
  4. Divide dough in half.
  5. Roll each half into a thin rectangle.
  6. Spread each half with jam & sprinkle with coconut.
  7. Starting with shorter end, roll up each piece.
  8. Healthy pinch ends together & seal seam.
  9. Bake on greased cookie sheet 40-45 min at 350.
  10. Slice & serve.
  11. (This may be wrapped in foil & reheated or possibly may be frzn.
  12. Great for morning meetings.)
