Cinnamon roll French toast bake
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 can cinnamon rolls
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans, optional
- 1 cup maple syrup
- heat oven to 375
- pour melted butter in 9x13 glass pan
- cut each cinnamon roll into 8 pieces
- take cut pieces of rolls and put in pan
- whisk eggs in a bowl
- add cream, cinnamon, and vanilla
- pour over cinnamon rolls
- sprinkle nuts over eggs
- drizzle maple syrup on top
- bake uncovered for 25 or so min
- cool for 15 min
- serve with additional maple syrup
