Tuna Devils Recipe
- 1 doz. hard boiled Large eggs
- 1 can light tuna, liquid removed & flaked
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. chili sauce
- 2 tbsp. finely minced green pepper
- 1 tbsp. grated onion
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 5-6 drops warm pepper sauce
- Minced pimento and parsley
- Cut Large eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and mash.
- Add in tuna, mayonnaise, chili sauce, green pepper, onion, mustard salt and pepper sauce.
- Mix well.
- Divide mix among egg whites, heaping high.
- Garnish with pimento and parsley.
- (I Garnish mine with a slice of olive and paprika.)
