Grilled Pork and Kimchi Rolls
- 8 slice Thinly sliced pork
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 160 grams Kimchi
- 8 leaves Shiso leaves
- 4 stick cut into 1 cm cubes Processed cheese
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 Toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Korean shredded chili (if desired)
- 1 Lemon wedges
- Stack 2 slices of thinly sliced pork with the ends overlapping a bit, place shiso leaves on top, add the kimchi and processed cheese, and wrap tightly.
- Lightly season Step 1 with salt and pepper, lightly coat in katakuriko, grill for about 3~4 minutes, flip over and cook through for the same amount of time until fragrant and golden brown.
- Let it cool until the cheese settles, then cut, arrange on plates, top with sesame, scatter shredded chili on top if desired, and arrange with a lemon wedge.
- I used kimchi imported from Korea.
