Tex-Mex Squash Casserole

  1. Lightly saute the squash, zucchini, onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Toss with remaining ingredients.
  3. Place in a lightly grased 2 quart casserole.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
