Mardi Gra Veggies
- 1 Squash, halved and diced
- 1 Zucchini, halved and diced
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 dash salt
- 1/3 red cabbage diced
- 1 dash garlic, to taste
- 1 tsp margarine
- Heat skillet and add margarine.
- When melted, add the veggies.
- Saute veggies and add salt and garlic.
- Saute until tender crisp.
- Enjoy!!
