Lite Pizza
- 2 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup skim milk mozzarella (or the fresh homemade mozzarella you can find on my profile!)
- 1/4 cup lite Parmesan
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1/2 cup lean ham, turkey, chicken or turkey sausage
- 1/2 cup peppers
- 1/2 sliced tomato
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- Preheat oven 400 Mix all crust ingredients into a soft dough.
- Press into a pizza pan.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add sauce and all toppings
- Cook for 15 mins or until cheese is bubbly and a tiny bit browned.
