Gyros Burger

  1. For each serving: Season 1 lamb patty with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
  3. on each side or to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness, topping with 1 Tbsp.
  4. (1/2 oz.)
  5. cheese for the last minute.
  6. Spread 1/2 Tbsp.
  7. steak sauce onto bottom half of roll; top with 1/4 cup lettuce, 1 Tbsp.
  8. cucumber sauce, 2 tomato slices, about 2 onion rings, 1 tsp.
  9. oregano, lamb patty and 1-1/2 Tbsp.
  10. of the remaining steak sauce.
  11. Cover with top of roll.
