Gyros Burger
- 24 each ground lamb patties (5 oz. each)
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1-1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 3 cups A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce, divided
- 24 each kaiser rolls, split, toasted
- 1-1/2 qt. shredded iceburg lettuce
- 1-1/2 cups tzatziki cucumber sauce
- 8 each tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
- 48 each red onions, sliced, separated into rings
- 1/2 cup fresh oregano, chopped
- For each serving: Season 1 lamb patty with salt and pepper.
- Grill on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
- on each side or to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness, topping with 1 Tbsp.

- Spread 1/2 Tbsp.
- steak sauce onto bottom half of roll; top with 1/4 cup lettuce, 1 Tbsp.
- cucumber sauce, 2 tomato slices, about 2 onion rings, 1 tsp.
- oregano, lamb patty and 1-1/2 Tbsp.
- of the remaining steak sauce.
- Cover with top of roll.
