Chicken, Chops & Sausage Platter
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme leaves*
- 1/4 cup Land O Lakes Butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh garlic
- 1 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 split chicken breasts
- 2 (3/4-inch thick) pork chops
- 2 Italian sausages
- 3 medium red, yellow and/or orange bell peppers, quartered
- 1 large red onion, cut into wedges
- Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
- Combine thyme, butter, garlic, pepper and salt in bowl.
- Place chicken, pork chops and sausages onto grill.
- Grill 20 minutes, basting with butter mixture and turning occasionally.
- Place peppers onto grill around meats.
- Continue grilling and brushing with butter mixture 18-25 minutes or until peppers are roasted and softened.
