Chocolate Brownie Muffins

• 50 g dark muscovado sugar
• 110 g chocolate, melted
• 110 g pecan nuts, chopped
• 225 g self raising flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 225 ml milk
• 4 tablespoons sunflower oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 large egg, beaten lightly

1. Stir all the ingredients together until just combined.
2. Spoon into paper muffin cases and bake for 15-20 mins 220c/fan 200c/ Gas 7.
3. Until well risen and firm.
