Spiced Carrot Salad
- 3 carrots, sliced on the diagonal or into thin julienne strips
- 1 teaspoon smokey paprika
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cucumber, sliced thinly
- 2 oranges, segmented
- 1 butter or green oak lettuce, leaves separated
- 1/3 cup KRAFT* Greek Dressing
- Combine carrot, paprika and water in a small saucepan, cover and bring to boil.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes until carrots are tender, cool.
- Arrange carrots, cucumber, orange and lettuce on a serving platter.
- Drizzle with dressing and serve.
