Chicken & Shrimp LoMein
- 1 1/2 lb chicken breasts
- 1 lb cut, clean, & devein shrimp
- 1 napa cabbage
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 head of chopped broccoli
- 3 stalks of chopped celery
- 1/2 packages chopped bella mushrooms
- 5 clove chopped garlic
- 3 1/2 tsp minced ginger
- 1 box linguine noodles
- 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 cup ginger soy sauce
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- Heat wok with oil, ginger, garlic until golden brown.
- Boil linguine .
- Add chicken until cooked
- Add shrimp until cooked
- Remove all meats from wok.
- Add all vegetables to the wok and stir until cooked (transparent).
- Remove vegetables from wok
- Add drained linguine noodles and soy sauce to wok and stir.
- Add all remaining ingredients and sauces to wok and toss until ingredients are beautifully blended.
- Enjoy!
