Yellowtail with Shio-Koji Steamed in a Microwave

  1. Chop each yellow tail into 3 pieces, and marinate in the ingredients for 15 minutes.
  2. Julienne the daikon radish and carrot, then cut the green onion into thin round slices.
  3. Arrange the daikon radish and carrot in a heatproof dish, and swirl in the ingredients.
  4. Place the yellow tail on top, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 4-5 minutes.
  5. When finished cooking, sprinkle with the green onion.
