Pennsylvania Dutch Peach Cobbler Recipe

  1. Heat butter in long baking dish.
  2. Sift dry ingredients together.
  3. Stir in lowfat milk and pour over melted butter (don't stir; it's better to spoon batter over proportionately).
  4. Lay peach slices on top.
  5. Pour peach juice over top.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min till brown.
  7. Makes 10 servings.
