Oil-Free, Dairy-Free Macrobiotic Okara Steamed Bread

  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Gradually add soy milk, a small amount at a time.
  3. Pour the batter in to the muffin cups.
  4. Place them in a steaming steamer.
  5. Steam the bread.
  6. Check and see if the bread is ready from time to time.
  7. It took me about 10 minutes.
