Chocolate Truffles
- 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 200g TOBLERONE* Dark Chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup ground hazelnuts
- 2 teaspoons Creme de Cacao
- Coating
- drinking cocoa
- melted or grated white or dark chocolate
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Roll into small balls, approximately 2.5cm diameter.
- Coat in cocoa, melted or grated chocolate; chill.
- Serve as after dinner nibbles.
