Marinated Grilled Leek

  1. Combine the ingredients marked with a .
  2. Wash the leek, and cut the white part into lengths of 3-4 cm.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and lightly stir-fry the surface of the leek.
  4. Add 100 ml of water, put the lid on, and steam for 10-15 minutes until soft.
  5. Drain the water, remove the leek from the pan, and marinate (for up to a few hours) in the sauce.
  6. Enjoy at room temperature.
