Marinated Grilled Leek
- 2 Leeks
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 2 1/2 tbsp Wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 heaping teaspoon Honey
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 1 Salt and black pepper
- Combine the ingredients marked with a .
- Wash the leek, and cut the white part into lengths of 3-4 cm.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and lightly stir-fry the surface of the leek.
- Add 100 ml of water, put the lid on, and steam for 10-15 minutes until soft.
- Drain the water, remove the leek from the pan, and marinate (for up to a few hours) in the sauce.
- Enjoy at room temperature.
