Simple Taco Soup
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 14 ounces taco seasoning mix
- 1 12 cups water
- 15 34 ounces chili beans, mild
- 15 34 ounces corn, whole kernal, drained
- 14 12 ounces tomatoes, stewed
- 15 ounces pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 10 ounces tomatoes and green chilies, diced (Rotel)
- 4 ounces green chilies, chopped (optional)
- 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
- In a Dutch oven or large kettle, brown beef; drain.
- Add taco seasoning and mix well.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
