Beef Molakai Recipe

  1. Heat oil in large skillet or possibly wok.
  2. Add in beef, garlic, ginger and pepper.
  3. Cook and stir for 10 min.
  4. Add in oyster sauce and beef stock and simmer for 15 min.
  5. Lower heat and add in cornstarch dissolved in water.
  6. Add in mushrooms and onions.
  7. Cook 10 min.
  8. Remove from heat and stir in peppers.
  9. Serve with warm cooked rice.
  10. Makes 5 c..
