Cinnamon Sugar Candied Pecans
- 1 large White Egg
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 cup Raw Pecans
- Preheat oven to 300F.
- Line a baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper.
- If tin foil, spray a bit of Pam and wipe off excess.
- Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together egg white and 1 tablespoon water until frothy, about 2 minutes.
- Set aside.
- In medium bowl, combine sugars and cinnamon.
- Set aside.
- In large bowl, combine pecans and egg white mixture until well combined.
- Stir in brown sugar mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread pecan mixture onto prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
- Place into oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring nuts halfway.
- Let cool completely before serving.
