Cinnamon Sugar Candied Pecans

  1. Preheat oven to 300F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper.
  3. If tin foil, spray a bit of Pam and wipe off excess.
  4. Set aside.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together egg white and 1 tablespoon water until frothy, about 2 minutes.
  6. Set aside.
  7. In medium bowl, combine sugars and cinnamon.
  8. Set aside.
  9. In large bowl, combine pecans and egg white mixture until well combined.
  10. Stir in brown sugar mixture until evenly coated.
  11. Spread pecan mixture onto prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
  12. Place into oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring nuts halfway.
  13. Let cool completely before serving.
