Chinese Meatballs Recipe
- 2 cans water chestnuts, liquid removed
- 1 1/2 bunches green onions
- 2 tubes Owens "Warm" sausage
- 1/8 c. soy sauce
- 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- Chop water chestnuts, green onions (including tops) and mix into the sausage.
- Add in soy sauce, Large eggs, salt and bread crumbs.
- Mix well with hands; chill (best when chilled overnight).
- Form into balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Brown in 400 degree oven for 20-25 min, turning once during cooking.
