Chinese Meatballs Recipe

  1. Chop water chestnuts, green onions (including tops) and mix into the sausage.
  2. Add in soy sauce, Large eggs, salt and bread crumbs.
  3. Mix well with hands; chill (best when chilled overnight).
  4. Form into balls and place on cookie sheet.
  5. Brown in 400 degree oven for 20-25 min, turning once during cooking.
