Spinach & Artichoke Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Melt butter, add onion, and saute until tender.
  4. Once onions are tender add them to a large bowl.
  5. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  6. Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish, sprinkle with a little extra parmesan.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes and serve.
