Ginger Chicken Recipe

  1. Heat up wok or pan and add olive oil.
  2. Add garlic, ginger and chillies, and stir-fry until golden.
  3. Add the chicken and toss for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the fish sauce, salt, and sugar, and stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes or until cooked.
  5. Season with pepper and add fresh cilantro.
  6. Transfer chicken to dish and garnish with the remaining cilantro.
  7. Serve hot with jasmine rice.
