Pig lickin' cake

• 2 can Mandarin oranges
• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 egg beaten
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1 packages small Cool whip
• 1 box instant vanilla pudding
• 1 can (small)crushed pineapple drained

1. Dump Mandarin oranges with juice in large bowl with cake mix, egg and oil.
2. Mix well with a spoon.
3. Pour into prepared pan.
4. Preheat oven to 350F.
5. Grease 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray.
6. Bake according to package directions.
7. (Approximately 25-30 minutes. )
8. Cake is done when fork placed in center comes out clean.
9. Let cake cool completely.
10. While cake is cooling, combine Cool whip, pudding mix and crushed pineapple in a medium bowl.
11. Once cake is cooled, place topping over cake evenly.
12. Store remaining cake in refrigerator.
