Pig lickin' cake
- 2 can Mandarin oranges
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 packages small Cool whip
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 can (small)crushed pineapple drained
- Dump Mandarin oranges with juice in large bowl with cake mix, egg and oil.
- Mix well with a spoon.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Grease 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray.
- Bake according to package directions.
- (Approximately 25-30 minutes. )
- Cake is done when fork placed in center comes out clean.
- Let cake cool completely.
- While cake is cooling, combine Cool whip, pudding mix and crushed pineapple in a medium bowl.
- Once cake is cooled, place topping over cake evenly.
- Store remaining cake in refrigerator.
