Veal Stroganoff Recipe

  1. Cut veal into 1/2 inch strips.
  2. Mix together flour, salt.
  3. Dredge meat in mix.
  4. Heat butter in pan.
  5. Add in veal, onion.
  6. Cook over medium high heat.
  7. Brown all meat sides.
  8. Add in soup, mushrooms.
  9. Stir.
  10. Cover.
  11. Simmer 45 to 60 min.
  12. Add in lowfat sour cream.
  13. Heat.
  14. Serve on noodles.
