Veal Stroganoff Recipe
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 lbs. veal cutlets or possibly round steak
- 1 c. condensed cream mushroom soup (10 ounce.)
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 6 ounce. sliced mushrooms
- Cut veal into 1/2 inch strips.
- Mix together flour, salt.
- Dredge meat in mix.
- Heat butter in pan.
- Add in veal, onion.
- Cook over medium high heat.
- Brown all meat sides.
- Add in soup, mushrooms.
- Stir.
- Cover.
- Simmer 45 to 60 min.
- Add in lowfat sour cream.
- Heat.
- Serve on noodles.
