Salmon & Corn Fritters Recipe
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. melted Crisco
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 c. canned salmon
- 1 c. liquid removed canned corn
- Crisco for frying
- Beat Large eggs, add in lowfat milk and Crisco.
- Sift dry ingredients, blend thoroughly with egg mix.
- Add in salmon and corn.
- Blend.
- Drop by Tbsp.
- into warm Crisco.
- Fry till golden.
- Drain.
- Serve with white sauce to that peas have been added.
