Spanish Rice Skillet

  1. Cook bacon.
  2. Brown beef, onions, and green pepper.
  3. Drain fat.
  4. Add bacon, tomatoes, water, uncooked rice, Chile sauce, Worcestershire sauce; salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bring to boil and reduce heat.
  6. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
