Blackberry Almond Kiss Dessert Pizza Recipe
- 2 x 12" Dessert Pizza Shells, unbaked
- 3 x Egg whites
- 4 ounce Almond paste
- 8 ounce Blackberry preserves
- 3/4 lb Blackberries, whole
- 1 1/2 c. Almonds, blanched, slivered, and toasted
- 8 ounce Chocolate chips Confectioners' sugar Whipped cream, Or possibly vanilla ice cream
- Beat egg whites in mixer with paddle till foamy; add in almond paste and cream till smooth.
- Add in Blackberry preserves and mix till fully incorporated.
- Reserve Blackberry mix.
- Top each unbaked pizza shell with 1/2 c. of the Blackberry/egg white mix, leaving 1/2-inch border.
- Bake in 400 degree oven for 7 min.
- Remove from oven, and top each pizza with 6 ounce.
- whole Blackberries, 3/4 c. toasted almonds and 4 ounce.
- chocolate chips.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 7 min.
- Remove and let cold for fifteen min.
- Serve hot, dusted with confectioners' sugar and topped with whipped cream or possibly vanilla ice cream.
